Home again, Home again....
I'd rather be in Haiti.
Last week feels like a wonderful dream that ended too soon. I had a fabulous trip with my girls. They have grown so much, no longer babies.
C is definitely a toddler. She is creative, spunky, generous, and loves to create mischief.
C had made great progress developmentally since I last saw her. She can dress herself, including putting her shoes on the correct feet. And C is almost potty trained. I love hearing her speak in Creole and English, even if it was to tell me "no!"
S is a love bug. She is smart, funny, loving and pure entertainment. S is walking and feeding herself. She loves to mimic her sister, especially in mischief. S is developmentally on target for her age. She repeats everything. The girls at the o are teaching her vowels (English and Creole).
We had a ton of fun playing with cups and dolls, coloring, finger painting and playing in the pool. (thanks Katy for bringing that!)
C & S are wonderful little people. I cannot wait for them to be home!

It looks like you had a lot of fun.
