Thinking of going back to Haiti this summer to visit.
I do not even want to think of leaving my girls again. But, I would do anything to hug them again. Praying I get a summer school teaching job to finance the trip. (That would be ideal so I do not have to go into debt. )
Thinking November in Haiti was HOT.
It gets HOT and humid here in Florida but I can escape to my nice air conditioned house. I can only imagine how HOT it will be in Haiti in July where air conditioners are a luxury not always available or working even if available. Praying if I do get to go back there will not be a hurricane and this hurricane season is gentle on the country of Haiti.

Thinking WHY is this adoption taking so LONG?!?!?!
I have no answers for this one. It just is. Apparently things are moving, but at the rate of frozen molasses. Everyone else that has chosen to adopt from Haiti can testify the wait can be terrible and at times painful and discouraging. But we all have Faith that these are our children and they will make it home one day. Praying the wait is not too much longer.
And all things, whatever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive. Matthew 21:22
Pray, hope and don't worry. Anxiety doesn't help at all. Our Merciful Lord will listen to your prayer.--- Saint Padre Pio
